Benjamin Vilbert, M.D.

Vice-President of Eye Care for the Adirondacks

Dr. Vilbert is a board certified ophthalmologist and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He received his medical degree at Temple University Medical School where he also completed his ophthalmology residency. Dr. Vilbert was in private practice in Delaware prior to joining Eye Care for the Adirondacks in 1993 as a partner.

Dr. Vilbert provides medical and surgical treatments of the eye, including cataract surgery, laser vision correction, refractive surgery, and oculoplastics.

Robert Johnson , M.D.

Eye Care for the Adirondacks is pleased to announce the arrival of Robert Johnson, MD effective October 5, 2009. Dr. Johnson earned a medical degree from Uniformed Services University Bethesda Maryland. He completed his residency in ophthalmology from the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, California. He comes to our Practice from the Naval Hospital in Great Lakes, Illinois.

Dr. Johnson is a comprehensive ophthalmologist specializing in cataract surgery, refractive surgery and most other ophthalmologic procedures.
